Reagan Hinton

Read about Reagan’s experience:

Reagan interned with International Justice Mission in Gulu, Uganda. International Justice Mission seeks to protect the poor against violence by partnering with nationals to rescue victims, prosecute perpetrators, restore victims, and ultimately to transform justice systems. IJM Gulu focuses on property grabbing cases involving widows and orphans and inheritance rights for women. During her internship, Reagan’s primary project was to draft a legal memorandum on the issue of domestic violence in Northern Uganda and to create a book on succession law for judges, attorneys, and clients. According to Reagan, “This internship has changed the direction of my life and ignited a passion in me for victims of domestic abuse in the United States and around the world.”

She also interned with University of the Nations General Counsel in Kona, Hawaii.
