Kyle interned both remotely and in-person with the Alabama Attorney General’s Office. While interning remotely he worked with attorneys in the Criminal Trials Division on drafting legal briefs. While working in-person Kyle studied under Justice Mitchell and learned about his writing style and judicial philosophy. He also had the honor of assisting with cert petitions and participating in a moot court as a judge.
