In 2016, So interned with the Alabama Attorney General’s Office in the Criminals Trials Division, which works closely with the Office of Victim Assistance. So worked on case briefing, summarizing facts and witnesses’ testimonies, and reviewing and taking notes on human trafficking cases. So also had the opportunity to observe a trial involving the Alabama Speaker of the House and observe a sex trafficking sentence hearing.
