McKamie Chandler currently lives in Accra, Ghana, where she works for Pepperdine Caruso School of Law the East Africa Country Director. Her commitment to global justice was deeply shaped during her time at Regent University School of Law, where she clerked for the Center for Global Justice, interned at the Supreme Court of Virginia, the Supreme Court of Uganda, and worked with the anti–human trafficking organization Global Centurion. Before law school, her passion for serving vulnerable communities grew through a lifetime of mission work—from her first trip to Thailand at age eight to later serving as a missionary in Slovenia. McKamie holds a B.A. in Intercultural Ministry Studies from Bethany Global University and a J.D. from Regent University, and she is grateful to continue this calling through her work in Ghana.
