The Center for Global Justice, Human Rights, and the Rule of Law is privileged to host the Virginia CLE’s Representation of Children as a Guardian ad Litem program. This 7-credit CLE is required for all attorneys seeking to receive their certification as Guardians ad Litem in Virginia. (Find all qualification standards here.)
Third-year law students will receive 7 CLE credits that can be applied to their post-bar Virginia CLE requirements.
First and second year students are permitted to attend for educational purposes, but they will not receive credit or the course specific materials.
Cost
- Free to all third-year Regent Law students.
- $149.00 for attorneys seeking Virginia CLE credit hours.
